WPT Enterprises, Inc. and Grup Peralada announced today that Casino Barcelona will host its second World Poker Tour event May 21 – 27, 2008.

After selling out all the stands in just two weeks of announcing the event CAP Euro Barcelona is clearly the must attend affiliate event in 2007.

CAP Euro is back with an even bigger and better event in sunny Barcelona, and best of all affiliates still go free.

Following the huge success of CAP Euro in London, the organisers have announced a follow up event to take place in Barcelona at the beginning of October immediately following EIG the leading European iGaming event.

The World Poker Tour, which earlier this week scrapped plans to tape the Grand Prix de Paris, will add a stop in Spain to replace the tournament in its Season Six schedule. The tournament will be held at Casino Barcelona, operated by Grup Peralada, in October, 2007.

Speaking from the European Interactive Gaming 2004 conference in Barcelona, Spain, the directors of eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance have announced the award of its Seal to five more quality Internet casinos.
